Our Pastor

Jeremy Brandenburg

Jeremy is a native of Pennsylvania, having grown up in the Montgomery County suburbs of Philadelphia. Jeremy served eight years as an officer in the U.S. Army until he decided to pursue pastoral ministry. Before coming to Redeemer, Jeremy completed a yearlong internship at an OPC church near Philadelphia.

Jeremy and his wife, Kourtney, live in Carlisle, and are the proud parents of four energetic children. They have come to refer to Carlisle as “Pennsylvania’s best kept secret” and enjoy being part of the community. They are grateful to God for their Savior Jesus Christ and for the opportunity to serve at Redeemer.

ROPC Church Officers

Greg Rudder

I am humbled by God's call to the role of Ruling Elder at Redeemer OPC and am delighted to serve along side our wonderful members and friends.

God called me to saving faith as a young adult and I am grateful for thirty plus years where my family and I have worshipped and served in OPC and PCA churches. I hold firmly to God's Word found in the Holy Scriptures and am firmly committed to the reformed doctrines followed in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church.

As an Elder serving at Redeemer Church I am delighted to not only provide care over our worship but also to our church family with whom I have discovered a loving fellowship of believers committed to biblical worship and caring service as the body of Christ.

Rick Tomredle

Rick was born in NJ and was a committed Roman Catholic until age 19 when he attended a Baptist Gospel rally, gave his heart to Jesus, and was spiritually born again. In 1982, he and his wife, Fay were introduced to the Reformed expression of the Faith, which he refers to as being “born again, again”.

Rick and Fay have three daughters, all of whom, by God’s grace, are disciples of Christ: Sarah, Rebekah, and Rachel. The family joined Redeemer in 2006 having been attracted by the traditional worship, regular communion, depth of Reformed orthodoxy, and familial spirit. He was ordained as a Ruling Elder in 2013. Rick is retired and working on his PhD in Church History, and is heavily involved in the Cumberland county community.
